Sorry guys, I've been slacking on the W.O.D. posts. I was away for 3 weeks and didn't have internet access. But I'm back. I'll be picking up a new camcorder this weekend so be ready for pics, videos and demos. Anyways, here's todays workout:
Do intervals of 30 seconds work/30 seconds rest x 30 seconds nonstop of the following:
1. kettlebell swings
2. pushups
3. kettlebell snatch pulls
4. ring rows
5. overhead lunges
6. slam ball
